Two hexagonal shafts rotating in opposite directions with interleaved blades. Shear cutting action that pulls material into the chamber. Output in “strips” according to the installed blade width (15-100 mm).
Operation at 20-40 RPM: low consumption, minimal fines generation, and less wear.

Mechanical design
Hexagonal shafts with 4 bearings per shaft. Greater torsional resistance and stability than round shafts.
Blades in heat-treated carbon steel with replaceable high-resistance steel inserts. High axial load locking. Quick replacement without special tools.
Segmented side scrapers that continuously remove material adhering to the shafts.
Transmission via planetary gearbox. Anti-shock mechanical clutch on selected models. Direct motor start.
Triple sealing: external labyrinth → internal labyrinth → rubber seal. Protects bearings against dust, moisture, and contaminants.
Controls
PLC with 4.3” touchscreen (standard). Functions:
- Overload control with automatic reversal
- Operating hours, alarm, and fault logging
- Preventive maintenance intervals
- Process parameter monitoring
Power supply: 220/380/440V three-phase 60 Hz.
