Our History
From machine shop to industry-leading manufacturer
NKL was founded in 1998 with the mission of developing robust equipment for the Brazilian recycling and waste processing market. Under the Jaguar Industrial brand, we now serve industries, cement plants, landfill operators, and sorting facilities across Brazil.
1998
NKL founded in Indaiatuba (SP). First 2-shaft shredders for the recycling market.
2005
Launch of Linha D and expansion into the tire and rubber sector.
2012
Development of Série Q — 4-shaft shredders with the One Step concept.
2018
Launch of PR4000 and PR5000 pre-shredders for large-scale operations.
2022
Introduction of the REGEN System and xMonitor telemetry. Beginning of the Industry 4.0 era.
2024
Launch of the RAPTOR single-shaft shredder. ISO 9001 certification process begins.
