Dual-shaft shredder designed for processing end-of-life tires. Features bolted and replaceable blades, automated control and robust construction.

Bolted Blade System

The main differentiator of the D57 is its bolted and replaceable blade system:

  • Selective replacement: only worn inserts are replaced, not the entire assembly. The blade body (heat-treated carbon steel) has a long service life.
  • High wear-resistance steel inserts: lower inventory required (less cost and storage space)
  • Bolt locking sized for high axial loads; eliminates thermal fatigue failure points (unlike welded blades)
  • Quick change with standard tools (impact wrenches, torque wrenches), without shaft disassembly
  • Predictable wear: monitorable through periodic inspection, enables planned downtime
