The PR4000 and PR5000 pre-shredders perform volume reduction of heavy materials before downstream processing stages. They do not aim for fine particle size: the goal is to break bales, furniture, pallets and bulky waste to stabilize material flow.

Throughput is up to 50 t/h, with output particle size up to 500 mm, depending on the input material.

With stable feed, secondary equipment (shredders, screens, separators) operates at rated capacity and experiences less wear.

Asynchronous Dual-Shaft Technology

Two cutting shafts rotate at different speeds and opposite directions, creating shear that pulls and tears the material.

REGEN System (optional)

The REGEN system is a regenerative drive that recovers energy during braking and reversals, returning it to the power grid. In conventional systems this energy is dissipated as heat in resistors.

Blades with Replaceable Inserts

The system uses inserts bolted to the blade body. The advantage is fast replacement: you swap the worn insert, not the whole blade.

No-weld replacement: any mechanic can replace inserts with an impact wrench in minutes. Only worn inserts are changed, not the complete assembly. The inserts resist abrasion (silica, soil in biomass) and impact (logs, wood with nails).
